1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing, browsing, or using any services provided by Roland Gyetvai Works of Art Kft. (“RG Works of Art”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers accessing or using our services. 

2. Authenticity Guarantee 

We guarantee that all artworks offered for sale are genuine and as described and illustrated. Every piece is presented with the utmost care and integrity. 

3. Dating of Artworks 

The dating of artworks is based on our expertise and best professional judgment. Dates and periods attributed to artworks are provided as opinions and not as statements of fact. RG Works of Art Kft. does not guarantee the accuracy of such dating. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this condition. 

4. Purchases and Payment 

• All prices are available upon request and may be communicated via email, phone, or the website contact form. 

• Payments can be made by wire transfer, cash, PayPal, or major credit cards (Visa, etc.). 

• Upon receipt of the invoice, the total amount must be paid within 14 calendar days. 

• A reservation option is available: a deposit of 5% of the total price is required to reserve an item for up to 7 days. If the purchase is not completed within this time, the deposit is forfeited. 

• All prices are quoted in EUR. 

• Prices include VAT.  

5. Returns and Refunds 

All sales are considered final. Returns or refunds will only be accepted if: 

• The item is proven to be significantly not as described, or 

• The item is damaged during shipping and such damage is covered under the relevant shipping insurance. 

Please inspect all shipments promptly upon arrival and notify us immediately in case of any issues. 

6. Shipping 

• Prices do not include shipping costs. 

• We offer shipping via UPS and FedEx. Other options may be arranged upon request. 

• All shipping costs, duties, and insurance fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

• We are not liable for delays or damages once the artwork has been dispatched, unless covered by insurance.
